“Valle Escondido is located near Granada, close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer and far enough away from the city to enjoy cooler temperatures, lots of fresh air, excellent water, peace, quiet and privacy. Highway 4 is at the end of the street, but the houses are far enough away that traffic noise is not a problem. The views of Mombacho and Lake Nicaragua are exceptional from my house and the Mirador on the property enjoys views of the entire region.
During the Covid pandemic, the outdoor lifestyle in Valle Escondido and the wide streets of Granada made life more pleasant here than almost anywhere else I could think of.”
